Short Description The Helene S. Mills Multipurpose Facility opened on September 17, 2002, as a focal point in the community to enrich the minds, bodies, and spirits of independent seniors, age 55 and older.
The facility is named for long-time community advocate, Mrs. Helene S. Mills, who continues to be instrumental in the development of services for Fulton County seniors and their families.
